Separating mixture of seeds and fruit fragments. Large and heave fraction is separated by shaking the container and subsequently removing the concentration of large fragments by hand. The finer and lighter fraction is separated by winnowing. Here, plastic containers are used whereas previously containers made from fruits of Lagenaria siceraria were used.
